Art Mullen is the Chief Deputy of the eastern Kentucky U.S. Marshal's office.

He's a very collected man with a calm manner about him that can spark into something much more if you put a match to his fuse.

His sense of humor is a tad... unique, but when you're the boss you can take your amusement where you please.

He's been at the job a long while, so don't think he doesn't know what he's doing, don't think he doesn't know what you're doing, and please, don't make him chase you.

Art is a cantankerous old man with a wry sense of humor. You'll usually find him in a dress shirt and tie with a marshal's shield on, or a clearance badge saying he belongs in the office where he works. Sometimes you'll find him with a shoulder holster on, and sometimes he'll get dolled up and be in what passes for a uniform for him these days (usually a U.S. Marshal's windbreaker and cap).
